Shipping
We ship in 3 to 5 business days from receipt of order.
Time in Transit: You should receive your order within 5 to 10 days of shipping.
Shipping cost is based on the weight of the items purchased and shipped via the US Postal Service. Estimates will be provided prior to checkout. Your items will be packaged with extreme care and are unlikely to arrive damaged, however shipping insurance is highly recommended.
International Shipping:
Canadian and International shipping is shipped via the US Postal Service - Buyer is responsible for any insurance, international customs, duties and taxes.
While we have weights already for the items on our website, shipping costs vary greatly depending on the ship-to country. Please be advised that large international orders can be quite costly to ship, and may incur customs charges upon delivery. Check with your local post office for information on customs charges. International customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item cost or shipping, and are the responsibility of international buyers. The US Post Office and international postal systems will not allow us to mark shipments as "gifts", or under value the shipment on customs forms.
Return Policy
Items may be returned for a refund within 5 days of receipt.
Our customers are very important to us, we try to describe our products fully and picture them as best as digitally possible, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase; please let us know how we can help. Returns are accepted up to 5 days after receipt of product, if accompanied with the original invoice, and in the original unopened merchandise packaging, in new condition. Please send an e-mail advising us of the reason and when to expect the package along with a tracking number. You will be fully refunded for the cost of the item; however you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and insurance. The item must be returned in the original packaging and insured.
SPECIAL NOTE: If you are returning a package for credit, it is helpful for us to have your original Invoice Number If that is not possible, please make sure to include a note with your name, address and phone number, so that we can lookup the order in our system and process a credit.
Damage sometimes occurs in shipping, and is why we fully insure our shipments when possible. Should damage occur, customers will be able to file an insurance claim through the carriers.
